1. AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you, the User, and GRAND CONCERT SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered under SIREN number 934 961 970, with its registered office located at 94 Rue de l'Assomption, 75016 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as “Grand Concert”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the website https://grandconcert.fr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Grand Concert reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site following the publication of any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Site.

2. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Grand Concert operates the website https://grandconcert.fr, through which users may purchase tickets for events organized by Grand Concert and access related event services.

Grand Concert may cooperate with technical service providers, venues, and other partners in connection with event management and ticket sales.

Grand Concert acts as the seller of record and the organizer of the events offered through the Site.

Grand Concert may use payment service providers and technical infrastructure providers to facilitate ticket sales, payment processing, ticket issuance, customer support, and related operational services.

3. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

  • “Event Organizer” means the person or entity responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting, and managing an event, including logistics, scheduling, venue arrangements, and attendee management. For events offered through the Site, Grand Concert acts as the Event Organizer unless otherwise specified.
  • “Order” refers to one or more Tickets for a single event selected by the Ticket Buyer through the Site and grouped under a single identification number. An Order represents the Ticket Buyer’s request and includes all details necessary to complete the transaction.
  • “Reservation” refers to an Order that has been created and is awaiting payment by the Ticket Buyer. A Reservation indicates that the Ticket Buyer has selected Tickets and placed them on temporary hold pending payment to complete the purchase.
  • “Site” refers to the website https://grandconcert.fr and any associated pages, applications, or services that allow users to access, browse, and use the services provided by Grand Concert.
  • “Service Fees” refers to fees charged to the Ticket Buyer in connection with ticket reservations, ticket sales, and related ticketing services. The amount of any Service Fee may be displayed during the purchase process.
  • “System” means the technical infrastructure, software, and related technologies used to operate the Site and provide ticketing services, including:
    • Reservation management;
    • User registration and information processing;
    • Ticket sales and payment processing;
    • Generation of unique ticket numbers and identifiers;
    • Transaction verification and ticket validation;
    • Storage of transaction records and purchase history;
    • Delivery of confirmations and related communications by email, SMS, or other means.
  • “Ticket Buyer” means a person who purchases a Ticket through the Site and is entitled to attend the event specified on the Ticket.
  • “Ticket” means proof of purchase or authorization issued by Grand Concert, acting as the seller of record and Event Organizer, granting the holder the right to attend a specified event. Tickets may be issued in digital or physical form.
  • “Ticketing Channels” means all channels and platforms through which Tickets may be purchased or obtained, including both digital and physical sales channels.

4. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS

  • Gender and Pronouns: Words importing any gender (such as “he”, “she”, or “they”) shall be deemed to include all genders. References to individuals are intended to be gender-neutral and inclusive and shall not be interpreted as limiting the application of these Terms and Conditions to any particular gender or gender identity.
  • Singular and Plural: Words used in the singular include the plural and vice versa, where the context so requires. References to one person, entity, item, or thing shall include multiple persons, entities, items, or things, and vice versa, where appropriate.
  • Headings: Section titles and headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Interpretation: Any term not specifically defined herein shall be interpreted according to its ordinary meaning and the context in which it is used. The definitions provided in these Terms and Conditions are intended to promote clarity and consistency in their interpretation and application.

5. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

Users may browse the Site without registering; however, registration may be required to access certain features, including reserving, ordering, or purchasing Tickets.

During the registration process, users must provide a valid email address. Upon registration, a verification code may be sent to the user’s email address to enable access to the registered account and related features.

Users are strongly advised not to share their login credentials with third parties. Users are encouraged to provide their name as it appears on their identification document, passport, or other official documentation in order to facilitate identification and customer support.

The Ticket Buyer/User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities, including purchases, conducted through their account. In the event of any unauthorized use of an account or any other security breach, the Ticket Buyer/User agrees to notify Grand Concert immediately.

Grand Concert shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the disclosure of account credentials or from the use of such credentials by any third party.

Furthermore, Grand Concert reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity. Any such suspension or termination shall not limit any other rights or remedies available to Grand Concert under applicable law.

6. SERVICES

Grand Concert operates the Site as the seller of record and organizer of the events offered through the Site, enabling registered users to purchase Tickets and access related event services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein.

When purchasing Tickets through the Site, the Ticket Buyer enters into a direct contractual relationship with Grand Concert.

Grand Concert may use payment service providers, technical service providers, venues, and other partners in connection with ticket sales, event management, and related services; however, such third parties do not become parties to the Ticket purchase agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. APPLICABILITY

By purchasing Tickets through the Site, you, as the Ticket Buyer, agree to these Terms and Conditions and any event-specific rules or requirements communicated by Grand Concert.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed and shared as described in the Privacy Policy.

This may include the processing and transmission of account-related information necessary to facilitate transactions, provide services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and otherwise support the operation of the Site and related services.

8. THIRD-PARTY TERMS

Third-party websites, services, payment providers, and other platforms through which certain services may be provided or accessed may be subject to their own terms and conditions, privacy policies, and business practices. Users are encouraged to review such terms and policies before using those services.

Grand Concert has no control over such third-party websites, services, or platforms and is not responsible for their terms, policies, practices, or content.

Admission to an event is subject to compliance with the terms, conditions, rules, and requirements established by Grand Concert and the applicable Venue Operator. This may include, without limitation:

  • Event Rules: Rules, policies, and procedures established by Grand Concert regarding the conduct, management, and operation of the event, including restrictions on entry, behavior, safety requirements, or other event-specific guidelines.
  • Venue Operator Policies: Policies and procedures imposed by the Venue Operator governing access to the venue, including security measures, prohibited items, health and safety requirements, and general venue regulations.

It is the responsibility of the Ticket Buyer to review and understand such terms, conditions, rules, and requirements prior to purchasing a Ticket and/or attending an event.

Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, or requirements may result in refusal of admission or other measures determined by Grand Concert or the Venue Operator.

Grand Concert shall not be responsible for decisions, restrictions, security measures, or operational requirements implemented by the Venue Operator.

9. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

9.1 Payment Methods

You may pay for Tickets using any payment method made available through the Site. Payment shall be deemed completed when the relevant payment service provider and/or financial institution confirms the successful transaction.

9.2 Order Completion

Upon confirmation of successful payment and completion of the transaction process, the Order shall be deemed completed and you shall be entitled to attend the Event, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

If payment is not completed during the Reservation period, the Reservation may expire and the Order may be cancelled.

9.3 Tax Responsibilities

Grand Concert shall comply with all tax obligations applicable to its activities under applicable law.

Any taxes required by law shall be included in the Ticket price where applicable.

9.4 Payment Processing

Payments for Tickets are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.

Payment service providers made available through the Site are responsible for the security of payment transactions and are required to maintain appropriate security measures and comply with applicable payment industry security standards, including PCI DSS where applicable.

Grand Concert does not collect or store payment card details and does not have access to full payment card information.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase.

Payment transactions may be subject to regulations, restrictions, or limitations imposed by payment service providers, card issuers, financial institutions, or applicable laws.

Grand Concert shall not be responsible for payment processing issues or failures resulting from the actions, restrictions, or technical failures of third-party payment service providers.

10. REFUNDS

10.1 Refund Requests

In the event of an official cancellation of an Event, Grand Concert shall be responsible for processing applicable refunds in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

To request a refund, the Ticket Buyer must submit a claim within thirty (30) days following the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim, or within any longer period required by applicable law.

Such claim must include sufficient information to identify the transaction, including the Order number, proof of purchase, Ticket Buyer identification details, and any other information reasonably required to process the request.

Claims submitted after the applicable period may require additional review and may be processed only where required by applicable law.

Refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period not exceeding thirty (30) days from receipt of a valid claim, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

10.2 Refund Amount

In the event of cancellation, the Ticket Buyer shall be entitled to a refund equal to the face value of the Ticket.

The “face value” refers to the amount paid for the Ticket itself, excluding any service fees, convenience fees, booking fees, or other additional charges.

Service fees and costs associated with additional services are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

10.3 Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, Tickets shall remain valid for the new date unless otherwise communicated by Grand Concert.

Refunds, if offered, shall be subject to the conditions communicated by Grand Concert and applicable law.

The Ticket Buyer acknowledges that service fees relate to services already provided in connection with the processing of the Ticket purchase and are therefore non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All decisions relating to postponement, cancellation, and applicable refund conditions shall be determined by Grand Concert in its capacity as Event Organizer.

10.4 Limitation of Responsibility

Nothing in this section shall limit any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

Grand Concert may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility for a refund and process any refund request.

11. TICKET BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before purchasing a Ticket, you should review these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, and any event-specific information made available by Grand Concert.

If you do not agree with any of the applicable terms, conditions, or policies, you should not proceed with the Ticket purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the purchase process is accurate and complete.

12. GRAND CONCERT RESPONSIBILITIES

Grand Concert is responsible for offering Tickets for sale, processing Orders, and providing information relating to the Event and Ticket purchase process.

Grand Concert shall ensure that Tickets are issued in accordance with applicable legal requirements and that Ticket Buyers receive the necessary information to attend the Event.

Grand Concert shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that Ticket Buyers who have valid Tickets are able to attend the Event, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, event rules, venue policies, and applicable law.

13. EVENT ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES

Grand Concert, in its capacity as Event Organizer, is responsible for the organization and conduct of the Event and for making reasonable efforts to ensure that Ticket Buyers are able to attend the Event in accordance with the terms applicable to their Tickets.

In the event of postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of an Event, Ticket Buyers should follow the procedures set out in the “Refunds” section of these Terms and Conditions.

Grand Concert shall communicate material changes relating to an Event through the Site, email communications, or other appropriate channels where reasonably practicable.

14. ROLE AND LIMITATIONS OF GRAND CONCERT

14.1 Compliance with Registration and Payment Procedures

Grand Concert reserves the right to require the Ticket Buyer to fully comply with the registration and payment procedures set forth in these Terms and Conditions. This includes compliance with all rules and protocols established for the successful completion of transactions.

14.2 Reservation and Order Cancellation

If the Ticket Buyer accumulates more than two (2) unpaid Reservations and/or Orders during the same calendar month, the Ticket Buyer’s Reservation and/or Order may be cancelled.

Grand Concert may cancel such Reservations or Orders where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, non-payment, or misuse of the services.

14.3 Modification and Suspension of the Site

Grand Concert reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any software, functionality, or services associated with the Site.

This includes, without limitation, modifying software functionality, correcting significant Site failures, fixing errors, performing preventive maintenance, and preventing unauthorized access.

Such actions may be undertaken where reasonably necessary to ensure the security, reliability, and proper operation of the Site and related services.

14.4 Pricing Adjustments

Grand Concert reserves the right to establish and adjust fees for its services from time to time. Any applicable fees shall be communicated to users as appropriate and prior to completion of the relevant transaction where required.

14.5 Service Fees

Grand Concert shall have the right to include and charge Service Fees as part of an Order. Such fees are additional to the face value of the Ticket and shall be disclosed to the Ticket Buyer before the purchase is finalized.

14.6 Full Payment Requirement

Grand Concert reserves the right to require full payment for a Ticket from the Ticket Buyer. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of the Reservation or Order.

14.7 Order Cancellation for Non-Payment

Any Order that has not been paid in full during the applicable Reservation period may be cancelled.

Once an Order has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated unless the Ticket Buyer submits a new Order.

14.8 Refusal of Further Services

Grand Concert reserves the right to suspend or refuse access to the services where a user materially breaches these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuses the services.

Such measures may be applied where reasonably necessary to protect Grand Concert, its users, business partners, or the integrity of the services.

14.9 Availability

The services provided by Grand Concert are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Grand Concert makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, functionality, or performance of the services.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Users acknowledge that use of the services is at their own risk.

The availability of the services may be restricted or limited in certain territories due to geographical location, local laws, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond the reasonable control of Grand Concert.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdiction.

By using the services, users acknowledge and agree that Grand Concert shall not be responsible for interruptions, limitations, or inability to access the services resulting from such circumstances.

15. AGE REQUIREMENT AND LEGAL CAPACITY

The services provided by Grand Concert are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing and using the services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are considered a minor in your jurisdiction, these Terms and Conditions must be reviewed and accepted on your behalf by a parent or legal guardian. In addition, any use of the services by a minor must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By using the services, you acknowledge and agree that Grand Concert shall not be liable for any breach of this age requirement or for any consequences resulting from unauthorized use of the services by minors.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: We cannot prevent minors from accessing our Site and must rely on parents and guardians to determine what content is appropriate for viewing and purchasing by children. Various parental control protections, including computer hardware, software restriction tools, and filtering services, may assist in limiting access to content that may be unsuitable for minors.

16. VENUE RULES AND ADMISSION

Admission to an Event is subject to compliance with the rules, policies, and operational requirements of the applicable venue.

Venue Operators may impose security measures, identification requirements, prohibited item restrictions, health and safety requirements, capacity limitations, or other conditions of entry.

Ticket Buyers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and complying with all applicable venue rules before attending an Event.

Grand Concert reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct violates applicable venue rules, Event rules, safety requirements, or applicable law.

Possession of a valid Ticket does not guarantee admission where a Ticket Buyer fails to comply with venue requirements, security procedures, or lawful instructions issued by venue personnel, security staff, or authorized representatives of Grand Concert.

Grand Concert shall not be responsible for decisions made by Venue Operators regarding admission, security procedures, prohibited items, or venue access restrictions, provided such decisions are made in accordance with applicable law.

17. DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Payment Processing

Grand Concert does not collect or store payment card details and is not responsible for payment processing services provided by third-party payment service providers.

Event Changes

While Grand Concert acts as the Event Organizer, circumstances beyond its reasonable control may require changes to an Event, including changes to the venue, programme, schedule, performers, timing, or other event-related arrangements.

Grand Concert shall not be liable for any losses, costs, disappointment, or inconvenience arising from such changes, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Venue Rules and Restrictions

Admission to an Event remains subject to the rules, security requirements, and operational policies of the applicable Venue Operator.

Grand Concert shall not be responsible for decisions, restrictions, or actions taken by a Venue Operator in accordance with its policies or legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

Grand Concert shall not be responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including payment service providers, telecommunications providers, internet service providers, or other third-party systems beyond Grand Concert’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

18.1 Ownership and Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Site are owned exclusively by Grand Concert or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other proprietary materials.

Grand Concert retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its intellectual property and reserves all rights not expressly granted to users.

18.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Site may display content, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by third parties. Such third-party content is used under license or with permission and is protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective third parties.

Users acknowledge that all third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

18.3 Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and its content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Users are expressly prohibited from using the intellectual property of Grand Concert or any third party for unauthorized purposes, including, without limitation, reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, publishing, transmitting, or creating derivative works without prior express written consent.

18.4 Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized Use: Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Site without the prior written permission of Grand Concert or the relevant third party.
  • Reverse Engineering: Users may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software, technology, or functionality associated with the Site, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Commercial Exploitation: Users may not use any content, materials, trademarks, or intellectual property from the Site for commercial purposes without prior express written authorization from Grand Concert.

18.5 Notice of Infringement

If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights or the rights of a third party, please contact Grand Concert promptly and provide detailed information regarding the alleged infringement.

Grand Concert will review the claim and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and its internal policies.

18.6 Limitation of Liability

By using the Site, you agree to respect all intellectual property rights and acknowledge that Grand Concert is not responsible for any unauthorized use of content or materials by users or third parties.

Users remain solely responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights resulting from their actions.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

19.1 Compliance with Event Rules

You agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, regulations, and conditions established by Grand Concert and the applicable Venue Operator.

Grand Concert reserves the right, without refund of any amounts paid, to refuse admission to or remove any person whose conduct is considered disorderly, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise in violation of applicable event rules.

19.2 Public Nature of Events

You acknowledge that Events for which Tickets are purchased are public events and that photographs, video recordings, broadcasts, and other recordings may be made during the Event.

You acknowledge that such recordings may include your image, likeness, voice, appearance, actions, or statements and may be used for event-related, promotional, archival, security, media, or reporting purposes in accordance with applicable law.

19.3 Searches and Security

You and your personal belongings may be subject to security screening or searches as a condition of entry to an Event.

By attending an Event, you consent to such security measures. Refusal to comply with applicable security procedures may result in refusal of admission without refund where permitted by applicable law.

Certain items may be prohibited from the venue, including but not limited to weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, recording devices, laser pointers, and other items prohibited by the Venue Operator or Grand Concert.

19.4 Prohibition on Ticket Resale

The unlawful resale or attempted resale of Tickets, including counterfeit, duplicated, or otherwise invalid Tickets, may result in confiscation or cancellation of the Ticket without compensation.

Grand Concert reserves the right to limit or refuse the purchase of Tickets by persons who violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws relating to Ticket sales or resale.

Grand Concert does not guarantee the authenticity of Tickets obtained from unauthorized third-party resellers and recommends purchasing Tickets only through authorized sales channels.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional activities, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Grand Concert.

19.5 Fraud Prevention and Account Suspension

To protect Ticket Buyers, Grand Concert, and the integrity of the services, Grand Concert reserves the right to review Ticket sales, transactions, and account activity for indications of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

This may involve the use of automated algorithms or manual review processes. As a result, transactions may be cancelled and accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended where reasonably necessary.

19.6 Error Resolution

  • Transaction Cancellations: If a transaction is cancelled in error or your account is suspended in error, please contact Grand Concert promptly.
  • Account Reinstatement: Grand Concert may review the circumstances and take appropriate action where reasonably justified. Such action may include reinstating an account or correcting an error relating to an account or transaction.

By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Grand Concert shall not be responsible for disruptions or cancellations resulting from legitimate fraud prevention and security measures.

20. LIABILITY

20.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with all documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

20.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in any circumstance, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the application of that provision in other circumstances or the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

Grand Concert does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from failures or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Concert disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

Grand Concert reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site, the services, or any part thereof.

Grand Concert performs regular maintenance of the Site. Although reasonable efforts are made to minimize disruption, the Site or services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods.

20.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Concert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Site, its content, or any services provided through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20.5 Force Majeure

The parties shall not be liable for any total or partial failure to perform their obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure results from force majeure events.

Force majeure includes, without limitation, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, governmental actions, regulatory decisions, failures of telecommunications networks, power outages, and other events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.

20.6 Responsibility for Information Channels

Grand Concert is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of information channels used by the Ticket Buyer to access the Site, nor for the storage of information, including Tickets, received under these Terms and Conditions.

20.7 Submission of Complaints

Users are encouraged to submit complaints or claims as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the issue.

Nothing in this section shall limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

20.8 Cooperation with Authorities

Grand Concert reserves the right to report any activity it reasonably believes to be unlawful or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Grand Concert may respond to valid requests from law enforcement authorities, courts, regulators, or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

21.1 Complaint Procedure

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions should first be addressed through a complaint procedure.

The party initiating the complaint (the “Claimant”) should submit a written complaint to Grand Concert within ten (10) calendar days of becoming aware of the matter giving rise to the dispute, whenever reasonably possible.

The written complaint should include details of the dispute, the relevant provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and any supporting documentation reasonably necessary to review the matter.

Grand Concert will review the complaint and make reasonable efforts to provide a written response within ten (10) calendar days of receipt.

Failure to submit a complaint within the above period shall not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Grand Concert will make reasonable efforts to review and address complaints in good faith and encourage users to contact customer support before initiating formal proceedings.

21.2 Escalation to Legal Proceedings

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall deprive consumers of any rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

The competent courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.

21.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

22. ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

Grand Concert may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such assignment or transfer does not materially reduce the rights available to users under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

The Ticket Buyer may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Grand Concert.

23. NOTICES

Any notices from Grand Concert may be sent to the Ticket Buyer by email to the email address provided during registration, purchase, or account creation.

Such notices shall be deemed received twenty-four (24) hours after transmission, unless Grand Concert receives notice that the email address is invalid or the message could not be delivered.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains accurate and up to date.

24. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

Grand Concert implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data and maintain the security of the Site and related services.

Such measures may include encryption technologies, secure communications protocols, access controls, system monitoring, logging, network security measures, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the services provided.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who require such access in connection with their professional responsibilities.

Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as guaranteeing that the Site or any data transmission is completely secure or immune from unauthorized access, interception, or cyber incidents.
